DIGITAL CASES

Connect your intraoral scanner.

Connect your scanner to send digital cases directly to Elevated Dental Lab.

    1. Contact iTero Support and ask to add Elevated Dental Lab to your scanner.

    2. Provide our Lab ID: 674678.

    3. Once added, select Elevated Dental Lab from your lab list when sending a case.

    1. Log in to DS Core.

    2. Select your initials, then Practice.

    3. Open Preferred Labs.

    4. Select Add Preferred Lab.

    5. Search for Elevated Dental Lab and select Add lab.

    6. Once connected, select Elevated Dental Lab when sending a case.

    1. Open Connections in 3Shape Communicate or Unite.

    2. Select Add Connection or Add Lab.

    3. Search for Elevated Dental Lab.

    4. Select Elevated Dental Lab and send a connection request.

    5. We’ll accept the request and you’ll receive confirmation when the connection is active.

    1. Log in to Medit Link.

    2. Open Partners.

    3. Search for Elevated Dental Lab.

    4. Select Elevated Dental Lab and send a partnership request.

    5. Once connected, select Elevated Dental Lab when sending a case.

    1. Log into you Straumann AXS account.

    2. At the top right corner, select your profile drop-down menu.

    3. Select ‘My Company’

    4. Go to the left side navigation and select ‘Network’

      At the top right select the ‘Invite Partner’ button.

    5. Search for Elevated Dental Lab or email an invite to mike@elevateddentallab.com

    1. Log into your Shining 3D Dental Cloud.

    2. On the left side navigation, select connection.

    3. At the top right select the +New button and search Elevated Dental Lab

  • Upload them securely below or submit them through the Seazona portal.

Use our HIPAA-compliant uploader to send patient records and case files.

Complete all fields before attaching files.

For multiple files, combine into a single ZIP folder and name it the patient’s name.
